Beef fillet hand-cut to order and seasoned the French way: shallot, capers, gherkins, mustard, egg yolk and a dash of Tabasco. Served with homemade French fries and a green salad. The tartare that Ici et Là regulars order without looking at the menu, and one of the best beef tartares in Bucharest.
