Ingredients
Premium beef chuck, Burgundy red wine, pearl onions, button mushrooms, thick-cut lardons, carrots, garlic, bouquet garni, beef stock, tomato paste, butter.
Preparation
The beef is marinated overnight in wine, then seared and slowly braised for 3-4 hours. Pearl onions and mushrooms are sautéed separately and added at the end for the perfect texture.
