Twelve snails prepared Burgundy-style: returned to their shells with garlic, shallot and parsley butter, then baked until the butter bubbles. Enjoy them with toasted bread so as not to waste a drop. This is the emblematic dish of Ici et Là, the one our Romanian and French guests have been coming for since 2009, and the best-known escargots in Bucharest.
